Years ago I found myself seeking something calming, soulful, yet magical all wrapped into one. I dipped my toe into just about everything to heal myself after some messy life matters. We all know what that looks like…embracing and muddling through the messy while trying to remain calm, true to ourselves while finding grace….enter sound healing. My world cracked open. My first sound bath experience was unlike any other healing modality. That evening my entire being soaked up the vibrations and I found myself finally being able to exhale. With my eyes closed, my body relaxed I kept wanting to sit up and see what this amazing human was doing to produce this pure magic. What a life shift for me. I knew then and there that this was such a gift. I wanted to learn everything about this practice and share with everyone. I am absolutely honored to be able to share this gift with others and I invite you to experience the tranquility, the serene vibrations, the energy and the magic along with me.
